The institute aims to offer the best possible environment and learning experience to the students. The positive relationship between student and academic environment has several benefits at all levels of an educational establishment. Students, teachers, parents and alumni play an important role in the evaluation, development and enhancement of the quality of this learning experience. The students are supposed to be the most important stockholders of any educational system. The feedback collected from students helps the college to evaluate how its service policies and make changes as per stakeholders requirements. The Feedback Process has put an emphasis on the need for involvement of students in the quality assurance of higher education. Student involvement requires that students should act as a collaborators in, rather than merely passive receivers of, teaching and learning process. Our institution ensures that students have a voice at various decisions making process, formulating learning and teaching practices. The student feedback approach is basically about institutional practices, processes and frameworks that take into account students concerns of the quality of the education they receive. Thus, our institution collects feedback two times during a session from the students.
The IQAC cell of the college takes initiatives for feedback collection and analysis with the help of different department. In the end of the session, students feedback from were distributed among the students of different semester of our college for their valuable response and suggestions towards the academic activities. Students of all the department of our college eagerly participated in the activity to share their opinion.
The different parameters for evaluation are designed to make survey consists of following questionnaire.
1. Knowledge base of the teacher.2. Communication skill of the teacher.
3. Sincerity of the teacher.
4. Interest generated by the teacher.
5. Ability to integrate content with other courses.
6. Accessibility of the teacher.
7. Ability to design quizzes/tests/assignments.
8. Use of information and communication technology.
9. Motivations provide to participate in co-curricular activities.
10. Overall rating.
Student
